Savory Mushroom and Kale Oat Bowl

  • Organic old-fashioned rolled oats, mushrooms, kale and green onions lightly sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, diced green onions, garlic. 

    **Suggested - add salt and pepper to taste**

  • -Pour a cup of water into bowl and pour contents into pot. Stir over medium heat until cooked. Add more water if necessary.


    -Pour a cup of water into bwol and pour contents into microwave safe bowl. Heat for 3 minutes or until warmed through. Add more water if necessary.
